Welcome to Motion Wellness Top. By using our services and engaging in our wellness programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Motion Wellness Top is a wellness and fitness center focused on movement therapy, rehabilitation, and holistic health. By accessing our website, booking a service, or participating in any of our programs, you accept these terms.

2. Membership & Program Enrollment

When signing up for a membership or enrolling in a program, participants agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Update any changes to their membership information promptly.
• Comply with all gym rules and instructor guidelines.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments

• All payments must be made in full at the time of booking a membership or class.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and direct bank transfer.

Refund Policy

• Memberships: Refunds are only available within the first 7 days after sign-up if no sessions have been used.
• Personal Training & Classes: Cancellations made 24 hours before the session are eligible for rescheduling but not refunds.
• No refunds: Available for digital or online wellness programs once accessed.

4. Health & Safety

• Participants must ensure they are physically fit before engaging in our programs.
• Motion Wellness Top is not responsible for injuries sustained during sessions unless caused by negligence.
• Proper footwear and workout attire must be worn during sessions.

5. Use of Facilities

• Members must respect all gym equipment and return items to designated areas.
• Any damage to equipment due to misuse may be charged to the responsible member.
• Unauthorized personal training or coaching within our facility is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your personal data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
